Raphael Barges
Raphael Barges is the CEO and Creative Director of Cridiculous Entertainment Group. He has professional experience with Walt Disney World and Universal Parks and Destinations, where he worked on live entertainment and guest experiences. Raphael leads the creative direction of the company, developing new concepts, guiding productions, and building strong partnerships. He’s focused on delivering engaging entertainment that connects with audiences and supports the growth of the brand.

Daniel Thompson
Daniel Thompson is one of the three owners of Cridiculous Entertainment Group and serves as Sales Account Executive. He is a member of the United States Coast Guard and brings strong communication and leadership skills to his work. With experience in live events and hospitality, he focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Sam Johnston
Sam Johnston is one of three owners of Cridiculous Entertainment Group and serves as the company’s Production Manager. He has experience as an administrative professional and has worked with Disney Parks Entertainment, which gave him a strong foundation in organization, communication, and guest-focused operations. At Cridiculous, Sam manages schedules, logistics, and daily production needs, helping ideas move smoothly from planning to performance. He brings structure, reliability, and a steady hand to every project, making sure teams stay aligned and events are delivered professionally.
